Job Title : Executive - HR (Disciplinary Action & Grievance Handling)

Job Description / Responsibility
Category : HR/Org. Development

 Implement policy and process to execute efficient and effective operation of the disciplinary action and grievance handling.
 Receiving complaints/charges from concerned unit and communicate to the respective department for confirmation.
 Prepare Show-Cause/Explanation/Inquiry/Dismiss/ Termination as per received complaints according to managements decision.
 Review inquiry report and taking recommendation from the management for final decisions.
 Communicate the final decision to the respective employee and department.

Educational Requirements

 Bachelors in HRM with special training in Labour Law; Law graduate from renowned local or foreign universities can also apply

Additional Job Requirements

 2-3 years of work experience in Disciplinary Action and
 Grievance Handling.
 Must have excellent skill in English writing.
 Applicant from English Medium background is preferred.
