• Implement policy and process to execute efficient and effective operation of the disciplinary action and grievance handling. • Receiving complaints/charges from concerned unit and communicate to the respective department for confirmation. • Prepare Show-Cause/Explanation/Inquiry/Dismiss/ Termination as per received complaints according to managements decision. • Review inquiry report and taking recommendation from the management for final decisions. • Communicate the final decision to the respective employee and department.
• Bachelors in HRM with special training in Labour Law; Law graduate from renowned local or foreign universities can also apply
Additional Job Requirements
• 2-3 years of work experience in Disciplinary Action and • Grievance Handling. • Must have excellent skill in English writing. • Applicant from English Medium background is preferred.
