• Actively participate in developing the brand and portfolio strategy to achieve the short-term and long-term Marketing Objectives • Developing yearly brand and portfolio plan and ensure the proper and timely execution as per plan • Develop communication materials based on consumer insight and execute as per plan • Monitor and report on effectiveness of key marketing activities. Also need to propose any changes required • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges • Need to understand consumers likings/ preferences through regular in sighting • Leading and Working closely with product design team and assisting with new product development/ launches based on consumer preferences • Plan and execute different consumer research based on brand and portfolio need • Develop team members capabilities through OJT • Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities • Preparing and managing the companys yearly Ad and Promotional budget.
• BBA/ MBA from IBA/ NSU/ Any other reputed university
