• Establish network for organic fertilizer sales through market research on fertilizer industry and find out current market needs of customers. • Set sales objectives and target by preparing annual sales plan. • Lead entire sale team in overall organic fertilizer sales through constant supervision and guidance to ensure that sales target is achieved. • Identify all necessary initiatives and scope of improvements to support sales activities. • Set quality standards for production team and guidelines for organic fertilizer finished products. • Ensure seamless production and maintenance of required quality through overseeing production process. • Handle all regulatory affairs regarding organic fertilizer sales and collect all necessary permissions from respective government officials.
• Graduation in Agriculture/Botany
Additional Job Requirements
• 10-12 years of experience in compost/fertilizer sales; must have industry knowledge of compost/fertilizer business • Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
